If you have the dedicated application of Forever IPTV service , you can use both active code and (username/password) for activating the service .

You see these screen when you open an android application :

if you choose enter activation code , you will need a 12digit active code , and if you select i have username/password . you will need to enter user and pass .

after you enter the code , you will see this screen in the next step ,
